Foltz-Rea for GM School Board
Schools are vital to our communities, ensuring the best for our youngest residents. As students progress from K-12, education becomes more complex, and schools must be prepared to support their transition to life beyond graduation. Therefore, schools should provide everyone with a fair chance at a free education. Good schools act as community centers, bringing people together.
I’m running for the Groveport Madison Local School District Board of Education because schools should inspire us to support and celebrate our students. With experience in both education and the private sector, I’ve led strategic planning, policy implementation, communication planning, vision development, teamwork, leadership mentoring, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
As a board member, I aim to work collaboratively, create a vision for board operations, use data-driven decision-making, listen to and respond to citizens, set goals with the superintendent, monitor progress, and take necessary actions. Being responsible with taxpayers’ money is crucial, as I am also a district resident.
I envision a future where all students can reach their potential, regardless of their background. By collaborating with other Board members, parents, the community, and educators, I aim to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that leverages our strengths and addresses societal challenges. I hope you’ll support me in the upcoming election on November 4th.
